Embassy of Benin in France - Rebrand Online Experience
I collaborated with the Embassy of Benin near France as a Digital Product Designer on a 6-month mission to simplify and unify multiple platforms into a single, accessible solution for citizens.

The Embassy needed to unify scattered processes appointment scheduling, consular services, and key information into a single, seamless platform. The goal : streamline the digital experience for Beninese citizens abroad and enhance access to the opportunities offered by the Embassy.

Solution
In collaboration with the ambassador, his team, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and developers, we have designed a multifunctional platform aimed at simplifying access to consular services for more than 30,000 Beninese citizens abroad.
