A bold architectural vision needed a digital experience to match. Bringing together 16 ministries under one roof, the Cité Ministérielle of Cotonou redefines how government works — centralizing cabinets, directorates, and ministerial teams to streamline coordination and public service access. Our mission: design a UX/UI experience as modern and functional as the complex itself.
